When using e-learning eZhishi / EtutorOnline and encounter one of the situations such as account login error, auto marking of worksheet error or completed worksheet cannot submit online. The possible reason could be due to your browser (Internet Explorer) generate and save some records incorrectly.
You may delete these records manually or download a "Record Clean-up Tool” to clear these exercises / Web usage records.
(1) Clear your computer eZhishi / Etutoronline temporary records, please select “Clean eChinese Exercise Records Cache”
(2) Clear your computer web browsing history, please select “Clean Internet Explorer Cache” option.
- This operation will clear your computer web browsing history. If you want to keep partial of the web browsing history, please do not choose this option. You can choose to manually clear off those relevant records.
-“Clean Internet Explorer Cache” web browsing history clearing is applicable to Internet Explorer. If you are using other web browser, please manually clear off your web browsing history.
