User ID and Password set as pupil NRIC number, the first and last characters require being CAPITAL LETTER. (Except for First Toa Payoh Primary School pupil user id.)

Please check you have entered the correct user id and password, kindly confirm that the Character require to be CAPITAL LETTER. |
| B. |
Please close and open a new internet browser, kindly ensure you clear and delete your internet browsing history. |
| C. |
After confirm that your entry is correct yet cannot login successfully, please contact us. |

If you have successfully login and re-login, the screen display message “Other user is currently accessing this account. You are unable to login now !” Such message was caused by improper logout during your previous session. Kindly close your webpage and re-login again after 5minutes. It is important to safeguard your user id against illegal access. If such situation occurs, please contact us immediately.

登录用户名及密码为学生的NRIC号码，NRIC第一个及最后一个字母为大写。（First Toa Payoh Primary School学生帐号除外。）

当您不能正常登录时： |

请确认您输入的用户名及密码无误，确认输入的NRIC字母为大写。 |
| B. |
请关闭并重启网页浏览器，在重新登录前请清除网页浏览记录。 |
| C. |
若您确认输入没问题，但还是无法登录，请与我们的联络。 |

若您成功登录后，再次登录时，出现“此帐号已经有用户正在使用，您现在不能登录！”的信息，出现这种情况的最可能原因是您上一次使用没有正确“退出登录”，请关闭网页浏览器，5分钟后再次重新登录。同时，请确保您的帐号没有被非法使用。若还有同样问题，请与我们联络。
